Role Overview
- Client prospecting: phone outreach, door-to-door canvassing, and leaflet distribution (80% of the time)
- Development of strategic partnerships
- Management and optimization of social media channels
- Creation of engaging video and visual content (including using AI)
- Maintenance and management of the client database
- Drafting and management of property listing agreements
- Photo/video retouching and creation of internal documents
- Regular reporting of activities and results
- Web research and use of digital tools to optimize processes
Requirements
- Energetic, motivated, and ambitious
- Comfortable speaking and writing, with excellent spelling and grammar
- Autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Resilient to rejection and persistent
- Strong sales mindset and willingness to work in the field
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
