You advise our clients on data and analytics solutions, translate business requirements into actionable technical concepts, and support them from the initial idea through to implementation.
You take responsibility for complex projects with up to 15 project team members, prioritize tasks, and ensure that deliverables are produced on schedule and to a high standard.
You lead project teams across all phases, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive clear decision-making, and keep a cool head under pressure.
Building close, trust-based client relationships is important to you: you proactively develop existing accounts, identify new use cases, propose appropriate services, and thereby strengthen long-term partnerships.
You strengthen the team by sharing your experience, providing methodological and technical guidance, facilitating knowledge transfer, and contributing to a professional yet collegial team culture.
Requirements
You bring at least 8 years of experience in a technically oriented, international consulting environment, ideally in data & analytics.
The Microsoft ecosystem is part of your daily work: cloud, Microsoft Fabric/Azure and on‑premise architectures are familiar to you.
You have hands-on experience in data engineering and/or reporting and data analysis.
You hold a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
You have independently managed demanding projects, possess strong project management skills, and can clearly communicate your approach and the value of your solutions to clients.
Revenue targets are neither unfamiliar nor uncomfortable for you.
You combine entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a strong customer focus.
Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects characterize you and give you satisfaction.
Very good German and good English language skills.
You are willing to travel (approx. 40%).
