Analyze and evaluate new technology methods to address current IoT / Industry 4.0 challenges
Specify software requirements and the corresponding tests
Design algorithms for data processing and fusion for implementation in customer systems
Create mathematical models of complex processes
Develop software from functional prototypes to production-ready products
Implement sophisticated algorithms in real-time systems
Adapt software for embedded devices or cloud solutions
Realize safety-critical applications for various customer markets

Completed degree in Computer Science (University/FH) or an equivalent qualification (M.Sc. or PhD)
Several years of professional experience (3–10 years) in software development (focus on C++ and/or Java) and strong Python skills
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab etc.) and best practices
Structured and solution-oriented working style, strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team
Experience with resource-constrained programming and real-time operating systems is an advantage
Experience in developing safety-critical applications is an advantage
Experience with agile development processes such as Scrum is an advantage
Reliability and a high level of quality awareness
Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
