Representation of the brand in the field of VR-based rehabilitation solutions for physiotherapy professionals
Act as the company's in-house VR expert and provide specialist support to other departments
Promote and sell Virtualis devices within medical settings
Conduct product trainings and workshops for professionals at industry trade shows and conferences as well as in medical and rehabilitation facilities
Collaborate with experts (physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, biomedical engineers) as well as with management and global teams
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
Recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for collaboration
Contribute to and implement sales strategy, market and competitor analysis
Achieve sales targets
Work with the marketing department on translations and review and validate marketing content
Cooperate with sales to meet quantitative and qualitative goals
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to provide market-relevant feedback for company and product development

Sales skills with experience in the physiotherapy sector
University degree in Physiotherapy or Business Administration (desirable)
Industry experience demonstrated by proven sales successes
Experience in the medical device industry and/or in selling medical devices or services
An existing network in the medical field and the ability to expand it
Knowledge of the VR industry
Public presentation skills and confident handling of objections
Knowledge of the sales process: consulting, proposing solutions, negotiation and closing skills
Interest in innovation in medical devices
Self-reliance, initiative and flexibility
Team

Driving license class B
Fluent written and spoken English
