Own triage and issue management – intake, categorisation, and routing of product issues across Slack, LogRocket, HubSpot, and other feedback channels.
Identify patterns, not just individual tickets, and drive faster resolution by connecting the right teams with the right context.
Lead tooling and vendor research – initial discovery and structured evaluation of new tools, platforms, and vendors across areas like open banking, product analytics, and BaaS infrastructure.
Deliver clear outputs: options and trade-offs, commercial considerations, and a recommendation.
Support cross-squad initiatives – early-stage discovery and groundwork for strategic initiatives before formal squad ownership is established.
Identify dependencies and gaps, align stakeholders, and keep things moving across Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations.
Own sprint reporting and ways of working – produce clear, consistent sprint reports across squads, and own the product team’s delivery practices: discovery frameworks, Notion documentation standards, Jira hygiene, and sprint readiness.
Generate insights and drive continuous improvement – analyse product, operational, and customer data to surface bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations to Product and Leadership teams.
Requirements
3–4 years in product operations, business analysis, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
Background in technology, fintech, or a fast-paced startup environment, with exposure to agile or product-led delivery.
Strong structured thinking – you can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear action plan.
Fast from unknown to recommendation: you research well, synthesise clearly, and don’t sit on findings.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping threads.
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with Jira, Notion, HubSpot, or product analytics tools like LogRocket.
Experience with APIs, integrations, or open banking.
Background in consulting or strategy roles.
Exposure to mortgage lending or regulated financial services.
