Develop and execute sophisticated financing structures for a range of hotel transactions, including acquisitions, new developments, strategic renovations, refinancing, and asset repositioning projects.
Prepare compelling investment proposals, comprehensive financial models, and persuasive fundraising presentations tailored to diverse investor and lender audiences.
Lead negotiations with potential investors and lenders, providing crucial support throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial origination to successful closing.
Provide expert advice and strategic guidance to senior management on prevailing capital markets conditions, emerging trends in hospitality financing, and optimal funding strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to identify new capital sources and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Requirements
A minimum of 15 years of progressive and relevant professional experience in capital raising, hospitality finance, real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or structured finance.
A demonstrable and strong track record of successfully raising both equity and debt capital, with a significant emphasis on the Southeast Asian market.
An established and extensive network of existing relationships with institutional investors, commercial banks, private lenders, family offices, and other capital providers with a focus on the hospitality and real estate sectors.
Substantial experience and a deep understanding of investments within the hotels, hospitality, real estate, or tourism-related industries are strongly preferred.
Exceptional financial acumen, including advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Superior negotiation and deal-making capabilities, with a proven ability to structure and close complex transactions.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
