- Own the financial controlling of Alan's international entities
- Define and structure the working model with local accountants
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness
- Improve and automate financial processes
- Contribute to scaling the finance team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and multi-country financial reporting
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) are a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Familiarity with insurance accounting or regulated financial entities is a strong plus
