You don't just design pretty creatives — you build ads that sell.
As a Performance Creative Designer at Curia Consulting, you combine on‑brand aesthetics with measurable impact and take our creative production to the next level using AI.
You develop the creative strategy, design high‑performing ad creatives and persuasive concepts — with a focus on paid social for clinics and practices in aesthetic medicine.
You create statics, carousels & reels, map hooks to awareness stages, and derive the next iteration from CTR, CPM & winner/loser logic.
You work AI‑native and pragmatically — with tools like Nano Banana, Higgsfield or Firefly you increase output speed without compromising brand quality.
You ensure that every creative — including AI‑generated assets — aligns with our clients' brand identity and builds trust.
You spot formats and visual patterns before they go mainstream and apply them strategically for scalable performance.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience with performance/paid social creatives, ideally in the beauty, aesthetic, or health sector.
Your portfolio demonstrates real performance results — not just visual projects, but creatives that have demonstrably converted.
You understand Meta‑funnel logic: hooks, UGC, social proof, offers and landing‑page fit.
You work AI‑native and data‑driven — you don't just read numbers, you translate them directly into creative decisions.
You work independently, reliably and on schedule — even when things need to move fast.
