About this role
Role Overview
- You go on-site with the client, understand their problem, and build the solution.
- Conduct bootcamps. 5-day intensive formats where you work with the client team to turn a vague request into a working MVP.
- Build AI systems. Agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool integrations.
- Consider governance. Regulated environments are our focus. GDPR, BAIT/VAIT, EU AI Act.
Requirements
- Senior level. 8+ years of professional experience overall, not necessarily specific to AI.
- Solid fundamentals in Python backend development.
- Demonstrable experience with LLM-based applications.
- Experience with production systems.
