Design and deliver challenging data science projects within interdisciplinary teams
Contribute to the development of analytical concepts and data-driven solutions that create measurable business value
Extract, transform, and analyze relevant data from client datasets to address complex business challenges
Develop and implement data science solutions in close collaboration with experienced Data Scientists
Create innovative solutions using advanced methods in statistics, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and visual analytics
Document, present, and communicate insights and project outcomes to clients and stakeholders

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus
1–2 years of full-time professional experience in Business Analytics and/or Data Science, ideally within a consulting environment
Strong proficiency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken
Solid knowledge of common data science and analytics tools, particularly Python and relevant libraries, as well as databases and big data technologies
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a strong understanding of data modeling, data analysis, and fundamental software engineering principles
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, including both traditional and agile approaches
Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for working in project-based environments
