The client relationship: you lead communication, set expectations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and growth leaders. You are their first call when something matters.
Strategy and execution: you develop and run paid media strategy across LinkedIn, paid search, and broader channels, then build, launch, and optimize campaigns with strong operational hygiene.
Pipeline and demand: you drive full-funnel programs tied to MQL and SQL pipeline, demand generation, and efficient customer acquisition in considered, long sales-cycle categories.
Testing that compounds: you design structured testing roadmaps across creative, audience, messaging, and bidding, read the results with rigor, and scale what works.
Reporting that drives decisions: you turn campaign data into clear narratives and strategic next steps, not just summaries of numbers.
Creative partnership: you push ad creative, messaging, and iteration velocity for technical and B2B audiences. You do not need to be a designer, but you know what performs.
Requirements
4+ years in paid media, with demonstrable B2B experience, ideally B2B technology, SaaS, or AI.
Track record managing $100k+ per month budgets and driving pipeline in long sales-cycle categories.
Deep hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, strong foundational Google Ads, and working knowledge of Meta Ads.
Analytical and data-driven, with a solid grasp of B2B attribution, multi-touch measurement, lead quality, and conversion tracking.
Excellent client communication, comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders.
High accountability and able to own performance end to end without close management.
Comfortable working onsite in Sherman Oaks 3 days per week.
Nice to have
Experience marketing AI products or selling to technical and developer audiences.
Familiarity with B2B intent and ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) and CRM or MAP tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
Technical depth in GA4 and GTM, offline conversion imports, and CRM-based revenue reporting.
Prior mentorship or team leadership experience.
