Analyze and manage the main levers for acquisition, activation, engagement and churn;
Define strategies to grow the customer base, considering different profiles and segments;
Support the design and evolution of customer journeys and differentiated value propositions across lifecycle stages;
Monitor and interpret core KPIs such as LTV, retention and engagement, generating actionable insights;
Work collaboratively with Acquisition, Marketing, Channels and Product/Needs teams;
Structure, prioritize and track action plans together with partner areas, ensuring execution and delivery of results.

Experience in base management, customer lifecycle or growth analytics;
Strong analytical skills, data-oriented with evidence-based decision making;
Proficiency with customer behavior and value metrics such as retention, LTV and engagement;
Clear and structured communication, with the ability to influence different stakeholders;
Collaborative profile, able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Intermediate English;
Knowledge of data analysis and analytical tools (e.g., SQL);
Experience reading and interpreting business KPIs;
Ability to structure analyses and generate actionable insights;
Familiarity with customer lifecycle concepts (acquisition, activation, retention and churn);
Knowledge of customer value metrics such as LTV and engagement;
Preferably experience with data environments (e.g., AWS) and visualization tools.
