Own end-to-end enablement initiatives from brief through to rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
Create and maintain enablement assets including playbooks, talk tracks, pitch decks, FAQs, templates, and customer education resources
Develop clear, compelling messaging and resources that help GTM teams communicate Tracksuit's value across different audiences and use cases
Translate complex product, customer, and business concepts into practical resources that teams can confidently use in their day-to-day work
Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to prepare teams for new capabilities, product launches, and strategic initiatives
Help build the AI-powered systems, workflows, and knowledge experiences that will shape the future of enablement at Tracksuit
Requirements
You have 3+ years of experience in enablement or a related GTM role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or Product Marketing
You've owned projects end-to-end: not just contributed, but taken something from brief through to delivery and iteration
You care deeply about helping teams do their best work and are always looking for ways to make things simpler, clearer, and more effective
You've worked cross-functionally and know how to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
You're comfortable using AI tools and excited about how they can scale your impact
You enjoy being close to the action, working across teams, and helping bring new ideas to life
Understanding of brand tracking, market research, or consumer insights is a plus, not a requirement.
