Lead the development and execution of an international partnership strategy, conducting market sizing and prioritization of partner segments to drive revenue in new geos outside of the Americas
Identify, proactively engage, and onboard high-caliber Technology and Agency partners that align with our target market and business objectives
Implement tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ensuring partnerships are a scalable extension of our internal Sales and GTM teams. Specific experience scaling partnerships in the Enterprise market segment is preferred
Partner closely with the Americas Partner team, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with our GTM and product initiatives and develop partner-specific enablement materials
Act as an executive point of contact for strategic partners, modeling best practices for partner management and operational excellence
Build and mentor a high-performing international partnerships team, defining OKRs and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within the Martech or e-commerce landscape
Proven track record of navigating complex global markets (EMEA/APAC) and scaling partner ecosystems in diverse business environments
Ability to analyze market data, make data-driven decisions, and manage ambiguous initiatives where the strategy may not yet be defined
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization
Experience building and leading teams, with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and driving repeatable operational results
Comfortable learning new software and understanding complex integrations between SMS, email, and the broader marketing tech stack.
