Senior Analyst, Studios Billing

Role Overview

• Focus on billing in a high transactional volume, positive team-oriented environment
• Ensure compliance with corporate billing, collection, and credit policies
• Initiate contact to customers to share statements, invoices, and required documents
• Confer with customers by telephone and e-mail to determine reasons for overdue payment
• Record and maintain information about financial status and collection efforts in ERP system
• Collaborate with each area of the order to cash team
• Perform accounts receivable analysis and conduct account reconciliations
• Engage with customers to resolve open balances and secure timely payments

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
• Experience in SAP ERP preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines
