Responding to all HR Services requests, prioritizing requests accordingly, escalating more complex queries as appropriate, and redirecting cases to appropriate verticals as needed
Monitoring and recording employee data and information within HR systems, including new hire entries, leaves of absence, transfers, secondments, and terminations
Preparing standard contracts of employment and HR documentation, including employment verification letters, transfer letters, and title change memos, and cross-referencing and recording data from internal systems into the HRIS in a timely manner
Partnering with appropriate HR colleagues to collate and record payroll information within required timeframes
Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders and relevant global departments
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
Possess comprehensive knowledge of human resources functions
Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact with people at all organizational levels
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent; A minimum of two (2) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably
