About this role
Role Overview
In this role, you ensure a seamless and efficient operation that fully aligns with contractual and operational agreements.
You are the essential link between daily operations and logistical processes, ensuring that all departments work together as one.
You lead a multidisciplinary team and support the warehouse operation.
You are responsible for managing and implementing customer agreements at the site.
Safeguarding and optimizing process flows within the supply chain.
Managing and developing your team.
Monitoring and improving results within your area of responsibility.
Initiating, guiding, and implementing innovations and automation.
Reporting to the Site Manager and acting as a strategic sparring partner.
Responsible for developing and guiding CI and Lean Culture on site.
Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO) in logistics or industrial engineering.
Experience with (engineering) projects and leading teams.
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Experience with LEAN methodologies.
Resilience, result-driven mindset, and strong prioritization skills.
Demonstrable experience with process optimization, innovation, and implementation in a logistics environment.
