Senior Manager, Transportation – 1st Shift

Role Overview

• Oversee a multi-location operation with up to 100 company drivers
• Focus on P&L, asset management, safety, customer service, and driver onboarding
• Handle management of tractor maintenance, compliance, and service delivery
• Track operational performance including on-time pick-up and delivery, volume, and empty miles
• Ensure driver recruiting and retention meets established fleet size goals

Requirements

• 5 years of transportation management experience
• Advanced knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
• Solid experience in the principles and practices of the transportation industry
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 10 years of experience in the transportation industry (preferred)
• Dedicated Fleet Management experience (preferred)
