Draft, edit, and format client proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and supporting documents
Coordinate proposal inputs from internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy
Customize proposals to align with client requirements and evaluation criteria
Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and version control
Support sales teams by preparing written materials, case studies, and presentations
Assist with proposal submissions for international clients, including Latin American markets
Track proposal timelines, deadlines, and submission requirements
Ensure proposals meet quality, compliance, and branding standards

Post-secondary education in communications, business, technical writing, or a related field
Experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or document coordination
Strong written English communication and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across teams
Experience supporting sales or business development teams is an asset
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are an asset
