About this role

Operate as a strategic advisory function within the organisation
Partner closely with senior leaders to address complex strategic, operational, and technology challenges in general insurance
Provide independent, objective advice and structured problem-solving support to enable informed decision making

Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline; Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
6 + years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in consulting, business transformation, or in house advisory role within financial services or insurance
Demonstrable experience in General Insurance operations across one or more of: motor, property, commercial lines, liability, specialty, or reinsurance
Proficiency in structured problem solving frameworks and consulting methodologies
Strong financial literacy and comfortable with business case modelling and cost-benefit assessment
Project / programme management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent internationally recognised certification
