Perform an in-depth analysis of the sold solution to align delivery expectations.
Anticipate potential technological or infrastructure bottlenecks and allocate the necessary technical resources.
Ensure the entire project is properly documented and recorded in control spreadsheets and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Act as a direct interface with Engineering, Provisioning, Configuration and Last Mile teams.
Monitor the hiring and performance of external vendors that assist in delivering connectivity.
Lead daily stand-ups (dailies) and follow-up meetings to report progress to stakeholders and clients.
Serve as the focal point in crisis situations, escalating documentation or technical issues when necessary to avoid delays.
Track and ensure that deliveries have been technically validated and meet connectivity requirements (such as latency and symmetric bandwidth).
Perform the formal handover of the deployed project to the NOC (Network Operations Center) and support teams, ensuring the client is transitioned to billing and maintenance with no outstanding issues.
Promote post-project review routines to continuously improve delivery processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related fields.
Previous experience with Telecom Operators or ISPs (Internet Service Providers).
Strong technical knowledge of connectivity solutions (GPON, MPLS, DWDM and Dedicated IP).
