About this role
Role Overview
Execute strategies aligned with NXP’s objectives, drive revenue growth, develop MCU/SoC go-to-market plans, and identify priority opportunities within DENSO
Prepare and support high-level meetings, communicate value propositions, provide executive materials, and ensure follow-up on action items
Lead the account team, align skills and resources, set targets, conduct reviews, coach team members, and plan for succession
Align internal stakeholders, coordinate roadmaps and technical positioning, and manage escalations
Monitor forecasts and opportunities, manage risks, and ensure stable account performance
Requirements
Experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management
Proven people management background
System-level business expansion at Tier-1 customers (DENSO experience preferred)
Strong Japanese and English communication skills
Knowledge of automotive E/E architectures, especially MCU and SoC
Ability to work independently and deliver results
