5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Data Engineering
3+ years of experience working with healthcare data
Strong experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies
Experience with healthcare datasets, including Medicare, Medicaid, claims, provider, beneficiary, or clinical data
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data governance, and federal compliance requirements
Experience supporting federal healthcare programs or CMS initiatives is highly preferred
Preferred Skills: Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Databricks, Snowflake, Spark/PySpark
