Leads the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of global finance processes and the financial systems that enable them.
Own the design, governance, and standardization of end to end global finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
Ensure financial systems are configured to effectively support standardized finance processes
Define and maintain process policies, controls, data standards, and KPIs
Execute components of the Finance Transformation roadmap
Lead a portfolio of system enabled process improvement initiatives

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a proven track record
Experience in transitioning work into centralized shared service organizations
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and their interaction with financial systems
Experience with ERP and financial platforms (e.g., Workday Financials and related systems)
