Conduct complex financial analysis and modeling using statistical tools to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance evaluation
Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting deliverables, including client-ready presentations, dashboards, graphs, and executive summaries that clearly communicate financial insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams on Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Perform detailed variation analysis and investigate financial discrepancies, providing management with recommendations for optimization strategies.
Collaborate with team members to streamline reporting processes through automation while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Maintain and leverage team SharePoint sites for data collection, documentation, and communication to ensure seamless information flow.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and client contacts, handling sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide support to offshore teams and overseeing completion of deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field required.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related analytical role.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Strong foundation in accounting principles with proven ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
Ability to streamline work processes to build efficiencies and provide training to the teams as needed
Ability to provide high level support to leadership on an ad hoc basis, effectively managing time sensitive requests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment when handling sensitive financial information.
