Lead the unit's Product Managers, providing business direction, setting priorities, developing leadership capabilities, and advancing the team's maturity
Build and execute the unit's growth strategy, focusing on revenue expansion, strengthening engagement with the BU's anchor manufacturer, channel development, and portfolio evolution
Develop executive-level relationships with strategic manufacturers, leading business plans, growth initiatives, long-term agendas, and initiatives that generate value for the ecosystem
Identify opportunities to expand the unit, whether by strengthening existing brands, introducing new complementary solutions to the portfolio, or developing more strategic initiatives with partners
Work closely with commercial teams and other partner areas to drive demand generation, channel development, sustainable BU growth, and better alignment between strategy and execution
Monitor goals, pipeline, performance, and unit KPIs, proposing actions to boost results, capture new business opportunities, and support leadership decision-making
Contribute to the evolution of the organizational structure, promoting more collaborative and strategic ways of working and reducing dependence on day-to-day operations
Serve as the unit's point of reference with leadership, manufacturers, channels, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the different parts of the business.
Requirements
Advanced English with the ability to independently conduct interactions, alignments, and negotiations with manufacturers and global partners
Relevant experience in the technology market, preferably in B2B contexts and channel ecosystems
Proven experience in business development focused on growth, partner relationship management, and opportunity generation
Experience working with manufacturers and channels, driving business plans, development initiatives, and growth strategies
Strong leadership track record with the ability to develop teams, influence peers, and sustain strategic decisions in transformative environments
Executive profile with strong influence, stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and strategic business vision
Experience in the Cybersecurity segment; familiarity with vendors such as Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, SonicWall, or similar; prior experience in technology distribution; experience in vendor management structures, channels, strategic alliances, or vendor development; experience in area transformation, unit growth, or operational restructuring.
