Role Overview
Act strategically to generate new business opportunities through active outbound prospecting.
Identify potential customers that match the company's profile.
Build consultative approaches and generate initial interest in the solutions offered.
Open doors, qualify leads, and feed the sales pipeline with consistent opportunities.
Monitor performance indicators, such as contact volume, SQLs generated, meetings scheduled, and conversions.
Requirements
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and approach companies matching the ICP via email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp.
Lead Qualification: Assess commercial potential, event fit, and company interest.
Commercial Research: Map markets, companies, decision-makers, and sponsorship opportunities.
Sales Tools: Use HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Decision-maker Mapping: Identify C-levels, Directors, and Heads responsible for procurement.
Sales Communication: Develop clear, consultative, and persuasive written and verbal approaches.
Product Knowledge: Understand the events portfolio, sponsorship formats, and Blueprintt's differentiators.
CRM Management: Log activities, update the pipeline, and ensure data quality.
KPI Analysis: Track metrics such as contacts made, SQLs generated, meetings scheduled, and conversion.
Use of Artificial Intelligence: Use AI tools for research, personalization of outreach, and productivity gains.
