About this role
Role Overview
- Development & maintenance of Digital Assistant Chatbots
- Working closely with the business and other technical colleagues, help build and maintain Digital Assistant Chatbots on the kore.ai platform
- Development & maintenance of other Generative AI technologies
- Work to integrate Generative AI solutions into existing technologies which the team support
- Assist in evaluating new solutions
- Working with the business to evaluate new technologies that they propose
- Working with architecture to ensure proper processes are followed
- Liaising with project stakeholders
- Working with other technology teams to integrate APIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
- Experience working with Digital Assistants / Chatbot Technologies
- Experience with Generative AI concepts
- Experience of Typescript/JavaScript
- Experience of Python and/or PHP
- Experience of SQL (Snowflake preferred)
- Knowledge of AWS technology
- An understanding of accessibility
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Good oral and written communications skills.
