Account planning: You develop precise account plans, derive concrete stakeholder engagement activities from them, and implement these in a focused manner.
Training & conferences: You initiate, design and organize target-group-appropriate trainings and are present at relevant conferences — always with concrete follow-up.
Documentation & preparation: You prepare appointments carefully, conduct conversations with purpose, and document your activities in a structured way — quality over quantity.
Market monitoring & exchange: You monitor market developments in your territory, actively share insights, and promote two-way information flow within the cross-functional in-field team.
Requirements
A completed degree in Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary Medicine and/or training as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
Several years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrably above-average sales performance is desirable.
Experience collaborating within an in-field team and leading interdisciplinary projects in a matrix organization.
Ability to present complex scientific information appropriately for the target audience and discuss it with different customer groups.
Strong persuasive skills, a confident presenter and closer with excellent communication abilities.
High level of motivation and drive to pursue and achieve goals.
Excellent performance management skills to continuously optimize sales target achievement.
Strong digital competence and proficient use of field service software as well as MS Office.
Excellent German and good English language skills.
