Lead the planning, development, and execution of regional events, from concept creation through delivery and post-event evaluation
Partner closely with Business Unit marketing teams and local market organizations to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with strategic priorities
Drive internal communications initiatives that keep teams informed, engaged, and aligned with business objectives
Manage event-related assets and hardware, including product mock-ups and demonstration materials used across European events
Develop and execute external communication activities that strengthen brand awareness and reinforce key messages
Create and manage engaging content across social media channels to grow audience engagement and brand visibility
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences across all touchpoints
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to continuously enhance event and activation strategies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience within healthcare, medical technology, or related industries
Strong expertise in event planning and execution, including coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business functions
Experience developing, adapting, and deploying marketing campaign assets across different markets and audiences
Knowledge of paid and organic activation strategies, social media marketing, and ABM programs
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
