Role Overview
- Responsible for managing active commercial operations of the Repair Station
- Assist the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager in overall operations
- Support in the growth of the Repair Station business
- Assist in preparing customer quotes and schedules
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities and IT equipment
- Compose complex correspondence and manage personnel
- Negotiate contracts and monitor revenues and expenses
- Assist in maintaining safety regulations and assist in legal matters
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of MRO management experience
- Knowledge of aircraft, accessories, components, fasteners, and other hardware
- Knowledge and Experience with the FARs
- Business acumen
