Lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale software solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team
Define and implement software architecture and technical strategy
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of applications
Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation and testing frameworks
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Requires two years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or any position in which the required experience was gained
Requires two years of experience with programming languages and frameworks including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
Designing and developing desktop applications including UI,
Customizing, extending, and integrating Dynamics CRM solutions using C#, plugins, workflows, and web resources
Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers for database management
Project management including source code management, collaborative development workflows, JIRA
Validating functionality against business requirements
