Complete and submit timely reports including competitive analyses, bi-annual marketing plans, investor updates, budget forecasts and other assigned reporting.
Maintain a current and accurate database by documenting prospect interactions, follow-ups and referral partner communications.
Manage the daily tour path to deliver flawless first impressions for prospects and community partners.
Contribute to regular sales calls with the home office through preparation, strategic collaboration and an intentional focus on achieving sales goals.
Manage the marketing budget to align with forecasts while driving maximum ROI.
Submit detailed creative requests on time to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Follow all sales processes as outlined in the company’s standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ outbound sales experience
Experience in outside B2B sales preferred
