Create and maintain test cases based on functional specifications and project requirements.
Execute functional tests across web, desktop, and backend applications.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable after changes.
Document test results and provide feedback to support release decisions.
Develop and maintain automated tests using established frameworks and best practices.
Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
Follow QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
Up to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, software development, internships, academic projects, or similar technical environments.
Interest in software testing and quality assurance.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira or similar.
Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
Basic JavaScript skills and ability to understand and modify automated tests.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Playwright.
Basic knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitHub Actions.
Experience with development and testing tools such as Visual Studio Code and browser developer tools.
