About this role
Role Overview
Manage a team of Sales Specialists
Recruit, onboard and develop team members
Define and oversee working methods to achieve targets
Monitor KPIs and drive collective performance
Develop the team's commercial strategy in line with the Sales Service FBL policy
Manage customer commercial accounts: from new installations/modernization to service
Develop upsell opportunities: digital services, contract extensions, renegotiations
Coordinate with various internal stakeholders
Strategically develop commercial processes
Continuously optimize working methods and tools
Requirements
University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in management, business or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in functional and/or hierarchical management
Several years of proven experience in sales
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Salesforce; knowledge of SAP is a plus
Good command of English; Dutch is an additional asset
Initiative and autonomy
Excellent communication skills
Pragmatic, hands-on approach
