Create and maintain monitoring to ensure system health and availability.
Monitor alerts and incidents, supporting initial fault identification and guiding rapid remediation.
Build and enhance dashboards to track service performance and stability.
Execute synthetic tests and validate monitoring to ensure the reliability of automated detections.
Document processes, monitoring configurations, and technical learnings to share knowledge.

Completed or ongoing higher education in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, etc.).
Basic knowledge of infrastructure, networking, operating systems, and cloud environments.
Familiarity with application monitoring, logs, metrics, and observability tools.
Experience with Linux environments and command-line usage.
Basic troubleshooting skills and technical problem analysis.
