Responsible for collection and verification of market media plans on assigned markets
Supports in the preparation and delivery of campaign reports and budget overviews
Day-to-day liaison with Havas European markets and central clients
Ensures qualitative output of assigned markets
Produces, coordinates and presents reports of different kind to the client
Carefully support managing the creative agency and the end-client
Adheres to brand client processes & support network-wide understanding and compliance
Connects and supports the integrated regional team working end-to-end for clients
Contributes to client satisfaction (both the creative agency & the end-client)
Attends regular markets and client meetings
Day-to-day use of Havas proprietary Budget tracking and Media Plan approval tool
Supports Direct manager and Team Management with reporting, overviews and meeting preparations

1+ year in a media agency environment
Excellent written skills in English
Good communication skills to develop strong relationships with markets and clients
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Team worker with proactive hands-on approach
International/European experience if possible
Understanding of media planning/buying principles across offline and online channels is desirable
