Lead and further develop our sales team (3 sales reps + external support)
Ensure excellent sales execution in the B2B enterprise new-customer business
Actively support critical deals: run workshops, accompany meetings, and secure closures
Own pipeline quality, forecasting, and target attainment
Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer Domain
Prepare and help shape the scaling of the new-customer business (towards 2027)
Requirements
Several years of experience as Head of Sales or in a comparable role in the B2B enterprise space
Proven success building and leading high-performing sales teams
Strong proximity to the operational reality – you can both lead and sell
Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decision-making
A growth mindset and hunger for scaling, even when things are already going well
Nice-to-haves: industry background in HR Tech or Corporate Health
Marketing or Customer Success experience
