Role Overview
- Design ownership across products and run projects independently

- Work on internal products focusing on usability and efficiency

- Lead projects independently, defining solutions and shipping them
- Articulate design thinking and defend decisions in discussions
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to other designers
Requirements
- 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile
- Robust Portfolio showing real product work
- Ownership of loosely defined problems
- Clarity and usability focused design
- Clear thinking & communication skills
