About this role
Role Overview
- Define and ensure ServiceNow architecture and governance standards (OOB-first)
- Assess requirements for scalability, maintainability, and technical feasibility
- Conduct architecture reviews and reduce technical debt
- Advise business units, IT, and management on ServiceNow topics
- Collaborate with agile development teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)
- Strong understanding of OOB approaches, CSDM, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus
- Excellent English skills
- Confident presence in workshops and consulting situations
