About this role
Role Overview
Manage calendars and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and send engagement letters and closing letters.
Sync RingCentral transcripts into the CRM.
Maintain and organize legal files and records.
Manage and update information within Clio.
Perform docketing and deadline tracking activities.
Communicate with clients via email in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and organize email communications.
Request and collect additional information from prospective clients.
Assist with client intake and billing processes.
Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Support daily administrative and legal operations.
Ensure client information is accurately documented and maintained.
Requirements
Previous Legal Assistant experience preferred.
Experience with client intake, file management, and legal administrative support.
Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Experience using legal and administrative software.
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Timezone: MST (Arizona Time).
