Work in close partnership with Commercial, Technical, R&D, Operations, and Finance.
Build and lead a high-performing, integrated marketing organization across functional areas.
Establish performance routines to track results, manage risks, and adjust priorities.
Turn business needs and market opportunities into prioritized portfolio choices, quantified growth plans, and compelling value propositions.
Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution across positioning, messaging, launches, and campaigns.
Drive value-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management to improve conversion and forecasting.
Lead regulatory strategy and compliance across claims, labeling, authorizations, and marketing materials.
Requirements
Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years at Director level or equivalent.
Experience in animal nutrition, agribusiness, or B2B specialty manufacturing preferred.
Strong strategic marketing expertise, including market segmentation, positioning, value proposition development, portfolio management, innovation, and go-to-market execution.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI, and value-based pricing.
Experience leading multi-functional teams across marketing, communications, regulatory, pricing, and commercial excellence in a matrix and/or transformation environment.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex and ambiguous situations.
Willingness to travel within North America (25–35%) for customer visits and industry events.
