Senior Performance Analyst

Role Overview

• Translate the company's OKRs into clear, structured, and measurable analytical initiatives, ensuring a direct link between data and business outcomes;
• Act proactively to identify opportunities, anticipating analyses and proposing actions that drive strategic metrics;
• Explore and analyze large volumes of data to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making;
• Develop efficient data queries and extracts (SQL), ensuring quality, reliability, and speed in delivering information;
• Build and evolve dashboards and reports that communicate results clearly, concisely, and oriented toward action;
• Support the prioritization of initiatives based on data, contributing to the continuous tracking of OKRs;
• Work in partnership with business areas (including Legal), understanding requests and translating needs into practical, focused analyses;
• Communicate results, analyses, and recommendations clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, including leadership;
• Continuously seek improvements in processes, tools, and analyses to elevate the company's analytical maturity.

Requirements

• Degree in quantitative fields (Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas);
• Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking (OKRs, financial indicators, etc.);
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake (nice to have);
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis (nice to have);
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for building dashboards and monitoring metrics;
• Proficiency in SQL for manipulating, extracting, and analyzing large-scale data (essential requirement);
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into practical actions;
• Excellent communication skills, with the clarity and confidence to present insights and influence decisions;
