Contribute to drafting technical and financial proposals.
Support the implementation of project activities, through preparation of Terms of Reference, coordination with consultants, quality assurance support, and logistical coordination.
Develop pedagogical tools and technical resources to support curriculum reform processes.
Prepare communication materials related to the Haiti curriculum reform, including drafting various content (articles, blog posts, briefs, etc.) to document project progress, highlight key initiatives, and foster stakeholder engagement.
Monitor and report on project implementation and results.
Collect and analyze data, lessons learned, and good practices.
Maintain project documentation and knowledge management resources.
Support the Director in the organizational and institutional development process of the IBE.
Requirements
University degree at Masters level or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Economics, or any related field;
At least five years of professional experience in the field of education;
Experience in project design and implementation;
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken French and/or English.
