Prospect for new members and identify business opportunities that promote sustainable growth for the Cooperative and provide real benefits to our members and community;
Provide consultative and personalized service, focusing on building trusting relationships and ensuring an excellent member experience;
Act as a financial consultant, advising on solutions, products and services in an impartial and transparent manner, respecting each member’s needs and goals;
Be responsible for growing the member portfolio, attracting/retaining members and managing fund placements;
Mobilize efforts to achieve lasting, concrete goals and results in accordance with Sicoob PRO guidelines;
Focus daily activities on meeting members’ needs, working in alignment with our business, culture and values, and safeguarding our institutional identity;
Work cooperatively, maintaining good relationships with peers and superiors to align efforts toward Sicoob PRO’s objectives;
Demonstrate technical competence to perform the processes in which you are involved, using available resources optimally while considering internal and external guidelines and meeting objectives, deadlines and quality criteria for your deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and/or related fields); postgraduate, specialization or MBA in related areas preferred.
Previous experience in financial institutions – Commercial area;
