Deep marketing knowledge
Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation
Change management expertise in practice, not theory
Strategic storytelling ability
Strong technical fluency with AI/agentic systems
Product thinking
Executive presence and strong communication skills
Strong judgment around governance, quality control, rollout readiness, and operational scale
Comfort with ambiguity and a builder-operator mindset
