About this role
Role Overview
Primary point of contact for customers, dealers and sales
Handling general correspondence and complaints
Preparing quotes and amending contracts
Processing final settlements for lease contracts
Conducting KYC checks and verifying signature authorizations
Close collaboration with sales in initial assessments of the obligo credit
Analyzing reports
Responsible for damage claims handling
Organizing the return of lease vehicles
Participating in customer and dealer visits (2–3 times per year)
Requirements
Completed commercial/administrative vocational training (e.g., Automotive Salesperson, Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk) or a comparable qualification
Initial experience as a service advisor, administrative clerk, or sales advisor
Relevant experience in inside sales or customer service/support, preferably in the automotive sector
Good understanding of commercial and technical matters
Hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills
Proactive team player who enjoys customer contact
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
