Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, milestone trackers, cost trackers, and action item logs for assigned DCBBS projects
Support end-to-end planning activities across proposal, SOW development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases
Track and manage project risks, open decisions, long-lead items, and cross-functional dependencies with clear owners, due dates, and escalation paths
Provide regular, clear status reporting on cost, schedule, risks, and progress to leadership, engineering teams, and customer-facing stakeholders
Develop and maintain repeatable planning templates, cost tracking formats, execution playbooks, and governance processes for consistent DCBBS project delivery
Coordinate with internal engineering, supply chain, construction, and external vendors/partners to align plans, resolve dependencies, and drive execution discipline
Identify and communicate cost and schedule variances, risks, and decision points early, supporting proactive mitigation and stakeholder alignment
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of planning, cost management, and execution processes to enhance delivery predictability and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related technical/financial field
Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in data center program management, construction estimation, or design-for-cost roles
At least 3 years of experience working with financial controls, project controls, or technical projects in data center or mission-critical environments
Strong experience developing and maintaining project schedules, cost trackers, risk registers, and financial reporting in complex cross-functional programs
Proficiency with enterprise financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management information systems for tracking, variance analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills with the ability to present cost/schedule status and recommendations clearly
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with experience identifying cost/schedule impacts and cross-functional dependencies.
