Role Overview
- Execute transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures
- Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Support partners with incoming transactions
- Develop and maintain working relationships with customers, partners and vendors
- Complete assigned workload to meet SLA requirements
- Understand internal and industry regulations
- Participate fully as a member of the team
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree/college diploma preferred
- 1+ years relevant experience
