Supports the development and implementation of enterprise privacy policies, standards, and workflows
Leads and supports program-related projects and change-related activities
Assists senior level team members with tasks and assignments as needed
Functions as an enterprise privacy program SME
Represents Global Privacy on global projects and initiatives
Coordinates and performs analysis on complex concepts that may require in-depth research and interpretation and provide sustainable solutions
Collaborates with all areas of the organization to ensure efficient implementation and maintenance of the enterprise privacy program and operating model
Oversee enterprise privacy control monitoring and related reporting
Requirements
University Degree and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of related compliance or management experience
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technology skills
Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry with an advanced understanding of the Company’s businesses
Advanced understanding of the regulatory environment in which the Company operates and a strong understanding of key privacy regulations
Ability to work independently
Ability to facilitate decision making across groups in the company
Ability to embrace change; strong change management skills
Ability to analyze technical information, make appropriate recommendations to decision makers
Influencing authority related to customer experience, compliance and operational matters
